New Simsonson’s Salon, Headquarters Relocation: Plymouth Business Roundup

Holaria, formerly Innovative Pulmonary Solutions, announced the relocation in conjunction with financing plans.
Gertrud and Andres Ableidinger manage the children’s art program that serves Edina, Eden Prairie, Golden Valley, Maple Grove, New Hope, Minnetonka, Plymouth, St. Louis Park and Wayzata.
The business had hoped to move to Golden Valley.
The business will be located at International Square Industrial Park.
The $123 million project by developer Dominium will transform the brewery to Schmidt Artist Lofts, reports the Star Tribune.
Twin Cities Business Magazine reported the Plymouth-based company “recently announced that it has secured $6.1 million in funding in a financing round led by the Malaysian government.”
The business says it will be relocating and reopening in its new location Feb. 27, 2013.
The Plymouth-based said it “did not admit any wrongdoing” and will pay $43.75 million “to settle all claims” with both putative classes.
