Vicki Hernandez, 38, of Plymouth passed away June 22, 2012. She was born May 6, 1974.

She is survived by children, Sierra, Cameron and Olivia; father, Victor (Annmarie); mother, Jeanne Kohler (Kim); brothers, Sean Hernandez (Jill), Chris Parker (Terri) and Andy Parker (Jeanne); aunts, uncles, and many friends.

Vicki was best known for her strength of spirit and her total love of life. She was our angel on earth and now our angel in heaven.

It will be a private interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.

The visitation is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, at Gearty-Delmore Plymouth Chapel.

The funeral service is 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, at Lord of Life Lutheran Church, 7401 County Road 101 in Maple Grove.
