How are you, family and friends keeping cool this summer? Are you lounging at the lake, playing at the park or styling your swimsuit at the pool or beach? Going on vacation?

Here’s your chance to show off your “keeping cool” photos on Patch – and possibly win a prize!

It’s pretty simple, here’s all you have to do:

• Find your best, original picture of how you keep cool in the summer.
• To add your images, click on the "Upload Photos and Video" button under the photo. Please include your hometown.
• If you submit a photo, you’ll be entered for a chance to win one of three separate prizes: a $25 gift card to a local restaurant, $10 gift card to a local coffee shop or Patch t-shirt ($5 value).

And, some of the legal details: 

• Open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia who are 18 and older.

• To enter, upload your original keeping cool photo to the “Patch Keeping Cool Photo Contest“ post on either Maple Grove Patch, Plymouth-MN Patch, St. Michael Patch, Lake Minnetonka Patch, Golden Valley Patch or Fridley Patch. Entrants can only submit photos of their own original photos. The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. 

• All entries must be received by 5 p.m. June 29, 2012 Central Time.

• You may enter one (1) entry per calendar day.

• Three winners will be selected in a random drawing. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a $25 retail gift card to a local restaurant (subject to issuer’s terms and conditions). One (1) First Prize Winner will receive a $10 gift card to a local coffee shop. One (1) Second Prize Winner will receive a Patch t-shirt (approximate retail value: $5).
