This is a open group that caregivers can join at any time. There is no fee for group participants. Costs are covered by Senior Community Services. Donations are accepted.

Group sessions focus on helping individual caregivers as they care for themselves and loved ones. The support group is a place to share experiences, struggles, humor, coping strategies, and learn from one anoter. Education and empowerment opportunities are presented as well.

This group is led by a social worker from a local nonprofit Senior Community Services.
