Featring:
Free Flu and Pneumonia vaccination
Free Blood Pressure check, cholesterol and diabetes check

• 10:30 to 11:00AM Diabetes and YOU

• NOON to 12:30PM Healthy Eating
Healthy Breakfast will be served
(please come without breakfast if diabetes screening is desired)
