12 weeks of inspiration knowledge and great fun! starts Monday January 14 ends with a party after the triathlon on March 24. We meet every monday night at 7:00 pm at HiLife. Each weeks is a different topic with many great speakers to motivate you. On Saturdays we will meet for a group training. You can train with us, on your own or whatever works for you.
Cost is $35. Includes prizes, and 1/2 goes back to a kitty for a drawing at the end for everyone that completes triathlon. Give it a try!

The Hilife Wellness Club offers a variety of services to help members of the Plymouth community lead happy and healthy lives through education and healthy snacks.
