Friday, Jan. 25 and Saturday, Jan. 26 from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Eastman Nature Center, in Elm Creek Park Reserve, Dayton. Dig for seashells, play beach games, race minnows, and learn to hula. Bring your camera to take a picture of your beach bums dressed up in tropical attire. Enjoy live animals, face painting, and tropical crafts. Snack provided; feel free to bring a beach-side picnic. Wear a swimsuit and get a prize! $5/child age 2+, $3/adult, children under 2 are free. Drop in any time.

More About Elm Creek Park Reserve
Elm Creek Park Reserve, which spans 4,900 acres in Maple Grove and neighboring cities, is the largest park in the Three Rivers park system. Patrons can partake in summer activities at the swimming pond and outdoor play area in addition to hiking and biking. In the winter, check out the Winter Recreation Area for tubing, skiing, snowshoeing and more.
