According to the Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office, Ryan Mastracchio, 34, of Plymouth died after being injured while working last week.
The Medical Examiner's report states that Mastracchio died as a result of probable electrocution from a work related injury while he was working at a business on the 3200 block of Grand Avenue in Minneapolis. The Examiner's report shows time of death at 3:49 p.m. and the time of his injury at 2:54 p.m. Aug. 22. He was brought to Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis.
The report rules his death as an accident and stipulates that the Minneapolis Police are still investigating.
