PREVIEW: Walk With The Mayor Event
Plymouth Mayor Kelli Slavik will join residents for an annual walk.
On Monday, April 23, Plymouth residents will kick off the “Step To It Challenge” with the city’s annual “Walk With The Mayor” event. The challenge is sponsored by the Hennepin County Human Services and Public Health Department and pits Plymouth against 23 other northwest suburbs in a race to get fit.
This year, Mayor Kelli Slavik invites Plymouth residents to participate in a 30 to 45 minute recreational walk around the Plymouth Creek Park and Hilde Performance Center park areas. Check in with Patch on Tuesday, April 24, for a recap of photos from the annual walk.
