Proto Labs Hiring 100 Employees For New Plymouth Location

Proto Labs, Inc. is expanding to a new location in Plymouth that will include around 350 employees, 100 of which will be new hires, reports Twin Cities Business Magazine online.

Based in Maple Plain, Proto Labs announced last week that it will have additional operations at 2600 Niagara Lane in Plymouth to house its custom parts manufacturing. The space is about 175,000 square feet and the company is putting about $15 million into renovating the building in time to be up and running next spring.

The Plymouth building is Proto Labs' fifth facility within three Twin Cities locations. The company as about 500 employees in Minnesota and 200 internationally, reports tcbmag.com.
