Report: Chicago Firm Buys WestHealth in Plymouth
The campus houses Allina Health and other medical tenants, Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal reported.
Westhealth, the growing medical campus off Highway 55 and Interstate 494 in Plymouth, has a new owner, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal:
A real estate investment firm has acquired the WestHealth medical campus in Plymouth.
Harrison Street Real Estate Capital (HSRE), based in Chicago, didn't disclose terms of the deal. HSRE said it acquired a "leasehold interest" in WestHealth.
