Report: Tower at Hwys. 55 and 169 in Plymouth Will Soon Be For Sale

The 505 Waterford tower is featured in the movie 'Joe Somebody' and one of two towers at the site, according to an article about its imminent listing at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

A glass tower made semi-famous in the movie Joe Somebody will soon be available for purchase as commercial real estate, according to a post citing an anonymous source at the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal:

Franklin Street Properties, a real estate investment trust based in Wakefield, Mass., recently selected Cushman & Wakefield/NorthMarq to sell the 12-story building and its accompanying 12-acre site, according to sources familiar with the selection who asked not to be named to protect client relationships.

The 250,000-square-foot building, at 505 N Highway 169, is the southernmost of two towers at the site.
