Fun On Halloween Night In and Around Plymouth

There are still a few good places to celebrate Halloween this week nearby.

Halloween at the Creek

When: 5:30-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31

Where: Plymouth Creek Center, 14800 34th Ave. N., Plymouth

Cost: $10 per person day of the event, $8 preregistration before Oct. 31

Why go: Event includes carnival games, inflatables, live entertainment, prizes, treats and more. Costumes encouraged - no scary or gory costumes. Each paid participant receives a slice of pizza and beverage. This event is geared toward families with children in preschool through elementary. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Disturbia in Suburbia: Plymouth haunted house

When: 6:30-9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31
Where:12215 60th Pl N Plymouth
Why: This year’s theme is “The Sunnydale School For Children.” The haunted house is done at the family’s own home every year. Professional actors and set designers come together to create a fun-filled, family, but scary house for all to enjoy.
Price: Free (food donations encouraged)

Victorian Ghost Stories, James J. Hill House, St. Paul
When: 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31
Where: 240 Summit Avenue, St. Paul
Why: Costumed actors will read ghost stories from Edgar Allen Poe, Edith Wharton and The Brothers Grimm.
Price: $12, or $10 for Minnesota Historical Society members
