The Green Bay Packers missed Randall Cobb's gifts during Sunday's 37-34 loss to the Minnesota Vikings, but the wide receiver and return man says he'll be ready for Saturday's night's NFC wild-card rematch."100 percent," Cobb said of his chances to play for the first time since spraining his ankle during a Week 16 win over the Tennessee Titans.

"I wanted to be out there (against the Vikings), especially a game like this," Cobb told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. "You want to play, but we were just being smart about it. It was a mutual decision."

Packers coach Mike McCarthy told reporters a slippery Metrodome turf factored into Cobb sitting out the regular-season finale.

"He was close, but he wasn't ready," McCarthy told the Green Bay Press Gazette. "Part of the decision not to play Randall was the surface and just the ability for lateral movements. We'll see how he is (Tuesday)."
McCarthy also revealed that injuries to linebacker Clay Matthews (undisclosed) and wide receiver Jordy Nelson (knee) aren't considered serious. Both players left the loss to Minnesota before returning to the game.

The Packers won't have to worry about the Metrodome's slick surface this weekend. The wild-card game will be played at Lambeau Field, and -- if all three players return -- Green Bay will be healthier than it has been in some time.

My husband is always funny And he thought this would be a catchy Ad. I stared collecting Teddy BearsRead More after we started dating and he sang the Teddy Bear song on my voice mail (by Elvis Presely)over 20 years ago he is the most soft gentle huggable man so I always call him my Teddy Bear. So my collection had gotten too big and I would love to share with others who may need something soft to hug
