She is loved and will be dearly missed by her mom, JoAnn; siblings, Dr. Lee Ann Herbert (Mark Thelemann), Jim, Tim (Margy), Paula (Kenny) Gamer, Nicky (Michael) Burns; nieces and nephews, Brittany, Dylan and Preston Thelemann, Connor and Olivia Herbert, Derek, Dustin and Brianna Herbert, Joey, Charlie and Sydney Gamer, Nick, Mikayla and Taylor Burns; special furry friends, Al and Bella.
