Police Blotter: Dayton Woman Arrested For DWI After Dispute In Plymouth

A Plymouth woman was charged after she was pulled over to be questioned about an unrelated incident.

A Dayton woman was arrested and charged for a fourth-degree DWI by Plymouth Police on July 10. Jillane Wolfram, 22, was found in her car on the 5300 block of Annapolis Lane North.

Plymouth Police report that male had an argument with his girlfriend, Wolfram, who left in her vehicle. An Officer located and stopped her and asked about the domestic dispute and found it was verbal only, but while she was talking the officer smelled the odor of alcohol.

It was determined Wolfram had a BAC level of .12. (legal limit?dw)

• A residential burglary was reported on the 3900 block of Lancaster Lane North. Report of jewelry stolen in the past six weeks, unknown when or how entry was made without forced entry found. Value of loss is $3,000.

• Controlled substance was detected on County Road 6 and Minnesota Lane. Vehicle was stopped for expired tabs and there was an odor of marijuana. Drug paraphernalia was recovered from a center compartment after a K-9 search. Drive was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia and expired tabs. Plymouth man was arrested.

• Criminal damage to property on the 2600 block of Xanthus. Call of damage to a park sign with the words “White Power” etched into the wood. Damage amount is unknown.

• A DOC was reported on the block of 11700 Sunset Trail. Report of vehicles shot by airsoft guns. Officers located two male juveniles and both were issued citations for disorderly conduct and curfew violations. Two 14-year-old males were arrested.

• False information was given at 13th Avenue North and Highway 169. A vehicle stopped for failure to dim high beams. Driver identified himself as his brother. Arrested for gross misdemeanor false information and instruction permit violation. Booked and released pending a criminal complaint. A Brooklyn Center man, 24, was arrested.

• Juvenile runaway found on the 1800 block of County Road 101. The reporting party called to report her daughter as a runaway. While officer was speaking to the reporting party the daughter returned.

• Theft reported on the 400 block of Kirkwood Lane North. Caller reported a theft of mail from their mailbox.

• Theft from vehicle reported on the 13800 block of Industrial Park Blvd. Two unlocked vehicles were rummaged through in business parking lot and loose change was taken. The dollar amount is unknown.

July 8

• Residential burglary reported on the 12200 block of 28th Avenue North. The victims had two cars parked in their attached garage overnight. Overhead garage door was left up and the cars unlocked. Suspect(s) entered the garage and took credit cards and cash from inside the cars. Estimated loss is $40.

• DWI reported at Interstate 494 and Rockford Road. The report happened during a traffic stop for speeding. Officer detected odor of an alcoholic beverage. Driver arrested for fourth degree DWI. A Brooklyn Center man, 29, was arrested.

• Fraud reported on the 4100 Vinewood Lane North. Two of the victim’s credit cards were used in a store in Plymouth in the amount of $697.68.

• Hit and run incident reported at Schmidt Lake Road and Northwest Blvd. Property damage accident involving three people. They stopped a man got out and gave his first name saying he had to leave before police arrived because he had no driver’s license and was suspended.

• Theft from vehicle on the 3600 block of Plymouth Blvd. Victim had her vehicle parked in a lot. Suspect broke the front passenger door window and took victim’s purse. Suspect, a Plymouth woman, 29, was arrested for using the victim’s card and charged with Financial Transaction Card Fraud. Approximated loss and damage was $700.

July 9

Domestic assault reported on the 200 block of Nathan Lane North.  Argument started in vehicle and male grabbed victim by the neck several times. Female ran to her apartment. Suspect entered victim’s apartment without permission and forced bedroom door open. Victim was pushed again and suspect, a West Fargo man, 38, was arrested and charged with felonies of burglary and assault.

• DWI was reported at Northwest Blvd and Rockford Road. Vehicle stopped for speeding and expired tabs. Driver had a strong odor of alcohol and was arrested for fourth degree DWI with a BAC level of .16. Passenger was cited for minor consumption. Two Plymouth women both ages 20 were arrested.

July 10

• A residential burglary was reported in the 100 block of Nathan Lane North. Three storage lockers were forced open in the complex. At this time the only thing missing is a cart, pack of water and toilet paper from one of the lockers. There was a value loss of $73.

• Criminal damage to property reported on the 14300 block of 34th Avenue North. Victim found her tire had a hole in the sidewall and feels her ex-boyfriend may be responsible. Damage amount is unknown and there were no witnesses.

• Criminal damage to property reported on the 4000 block of Annapolis Lane North.  An altercation between two juveniles resulted in one of them sustaining damage to his car including a broke side mirror off. Damage amount is unknown.

• Domestic assault reported on the 3900 Lancaster Lane North. Officers responded to report of an assault. Upon arrival it was discovered suspect had punched victim in the face and fled. Officers located the suspect walking in the area, he was arrested and transported to jail for fifth degree domestic assault.  A Crystal man, 19, was arrested.

• DWI was reported on the 5300 block of Annapolis Lane North. A male had an argument with his girlfriend and she left in her vehicle. Officer located female and stopped her and asked about the domestic dispute and found it was verbal only, but while talking officer smelled the odor of alcohol. Dayton woman, 22, was arrested for fourth degree DWI with a BAC level of .12. 

• Harassment was reported on the 3900 block of Lancaster Lane North. Reporting party’s ex-girlfriend has been sending him harassing text messages.

• Theft was reported on the 15700 block of Rockford Road. Victim had her new iPhone taken from the party room at the apartment complex. Estimated loss totaled $600.

• Theft from vehicle was reported on the 3600 block of Plymouth Blvd. Victim’s purse was taken from her vehicle having the approximate loss for the purse and personal items of $350. There are no suspects.

• Theft from vehicle was reported on the 3400 Vicksburg Lane North. Front license plate stolen off victim’s vehicle in a parking lot. There were no witnesses.

July 11

•  Criminal damage to property was reported on the 13200 block of Highway 55. Damage was done to some office cabinets. There does not appear to be any forced entry or anything missing. The damage amount is unknown. There are no suspects.

• Criminal damage to property was reported on the 17800 block of County Road 6. Window on lower level of a church was damaged. It is not known what object struck the window, but the damage is approximately $500.

• Criminal damage to property was reported on the 1700 block of East Medicine Lake Blvd and 9600 block of 17th Avenue North. Verbal domestic dispute turned into criminal damage to property. The victim had her vehicle door damaged by the suspect. Charges are pending a formal criminal complaint. The estimated damage is $1,390.

• Fraud was reported on the 4600 block of Inland Court North. Victim’s credit and was fraudulently being used for the amount of $230.11.

• A hit and run incident was reported on the 4500 block of Nathan Lane North. Property damage incurred from a hit and run of an unoccupied vehicle. The vehicle was parked in a parking lot and damage was done to the rear bumper.

• Juvenile curfew was reported on the 10000 36th Avenue North. A suspicious, occupied vehicle in the middle school parking lot. Occupants of the vehicle included three adults and two 16-year-olds that stated they were talking before going home. The two juveniles, male and female, were cited for curfew and arrested.

• Theft was reported on the 2900 Empire Lane North. Theft of a watch, debit card and two cell phones happened in the complainant’s hotel room.  No value is listed.

• Theft was reported on the 4100 block of Lancaster Lane North. Suspect deposited worthless checks to his bank account, which amounted to $4,000 in loss to the bank.

• Theft was reported on the 600 block of Highway 169. Company shipped three laptops to business, but only one arrived. Theft of two laptop computers happened at some point during transit and the estimated value of each was $1,380.

• Theft was reported on the 3200 block of Vicksburg Lane North. A Dell Streak tablet was stolen from the store and was a loss of $450.

• Theft was reported on the 5000 block of Harbor Lane North. The caller reported money missing from his bedroom totaling a loss of $5,200.

• Theft was reported on the 4100 block of Berkshire Lane North. Employee suspected three people were shoplifting. Two parties were located and one had a $66.85 worth of merchandise in her purse. The first suspect was cited and released and the second had a misdemeanor from a Hennepin County warrant and was transported to jail. Two Minneapolis women, one age 45 and the other age 22, were arrested.

• Theft was reported on the 2700 of Annapolis Lane North. Report of a theft of company funds by reporting party’s former employee resulted in a $1,400 loss.

• Theft from vehicle was reported on the 10000 36th Avenue North. Reporting party’s cell phone and wallet was stolen from his unlocked vehicle and the approximate loss was $100.

• Theft from a vehicle was reported on the 3300 block of Zircon Lane North. Theft of golf clubs from victim’s vehicle estimated in a loss of $1,500.

July 12

•  Assault was reported at Bass Lake Road and Highway 169. A fight occurred on a school bus while traveling northbound Highway 169. Two juvenile males were involved, but the incident will be handled within the school.

• A DWI was reported at Bass Lake Road and Highway 169. Suspect stopped for speeding and the officer noticed an odor of alcohol and arrested for fourth degree DWO with a BAC level of .11. A St. Louis Park man, 26, was arrested. 

• Fraud was reported on the 1100 block of Black Oaks Lane North. Unknown person used victim’s personal information and opened an account with a business spending $3,011.45.

• Fraud was reported on the 14600 block of 34th Avenue North. Unknown person fraudulently transferred $7,500 from the victim’s bank account to the Middle East.

• Fraud was reported on the 3900 block of Yorktown Lane North. The victim stated three fraudulent charges were made on his credit card each for the amount of $771.31.

• Juvenile curfew violation was reported on the 14600 block of 34th Avenue North. Reporting party called stating daughter left home without permission to go to a friend’s house. Officer contacted daughter on the phone and she hung up on the officer. The juvenile was entered in the system as a runaway.

• Theft from vehicle was reported on the 13800 block of 54th Avenue North. Victim’s license plate was stolen off her vehicle.

July 13

• Harassment was reported on the 3300 block of Highway 169. Victim stated suspect is harassing her over Facebook, emails, etc. 

• A hit and run incident was reported at Bass Lake Road and Quinwood Lane North. Victim was on his scooter at the stoplight when a vehicle struck the rear of his scooter and caused him to tip over. The driver request he pull to the curb to exchange information, but the suspect drove away.

• Prostitution was reported on the 2600 block of Annapolis Lane North. Male called an ad from a website and arranged to meet female for sex. Male paid female then felt things were not right and wanted the money back, but the female refused and other males entered the room. A fight between all parties ensued causing a disturbance at the hotel location. The three males were cited for disorderly conduct. The female was booked at the police department. A male, 24, and female, 20, from Minneapolis were arrested along with an Anoka man, 18, and St. Paul man, 33.

• Theft was reported on the 3600 Lancaster Lane North. Theft of a cell phone and computer from an apartment after people had visited there was reported with a loss of $1,400.

• Theft was reported on the 4900 block of Peony Lane North. A black touch iPod 4 was stolen out of a bag left on the gym floor unattended. No suspect information available and there is unknown value of the items.
