False Furnace Fire, Pilfered Plow Pump: Hennepin County Sheriff’s Report

A public safety summary of service provided by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Patrol Unit the week Feb. 19-24, 2013 for area communities

The following public safety summary of information from the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office Patrol Unit that includes highlights from Feb. 19-24, 2013.

In addition to the law enforcement services it provides throughout the county, the HCSO provides primary patrol services for the communities of Hassan Township, Greenfield, Medicine Lake and Fort Snelling, as well as the Hennepin County portions of Hanover and Rockford. The report was provided by the Hennepin County Sheriff's Office. Not all incidents are included in the summary.

Dayton

  • Feb. 19 - Deputies responded to an address in the 18500 block of Robinson Street to assist Dayton Police Department. Male was found to have an active felony warrant out of Wright County. Dayton Police Department arrested the male for the warrant.  No other action was needed.  


Rockford

  • Feb. 20 - Deputies responded to an address in the 6000 block of Raven Ridge Court for a medical. North ambulance arrived and transported him to North Memorial Hospital.  

Greenfield

  • Feb. 20 - Deputies responded to an address in the 5400 block of Town Hall Drive for a report of furnace fire.  Loretto Fire arrived and determined there was no fire.  
  • Feb. 21- Deputies responded to an address in the 8000 block of Highway 55 for a theft from auto report. The owner reported his plow pump had been stolen from his vehicle.  A Hennepin County Sheriff’s Detective is investigating this incident.  


Medicine Lake

  • Feb. 23 - Deputies responded to an address in the 100 block of Peninsula Road for a medical call.  A male was located at the address. North ambulance arrived and transported the male to Fairview Riverside for an evaluation. No other action was needed.

Hanover

  • Feb. 24 - Deputies responded to an address in the 29900 block of 109 Ave N for a medical.  North ambulance arrived and transported him to North Memorial Hospital.

The Hennepin County Sheriff's Office patrol deputies also issued five citations.
