Update: Plymouth McDonald's Robbery Suspects Believed to be Three Black Males

No one was injured during the incident that happened around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday night. Updated information included in this post.

Plymouth Police received a call of a hold-up alarm at 3:26 a.m. Sept. 4 at the McDonald's at 2705 Annapolis Circle North in Plymouth.

According to a Plymouth Police press release, three suspects entered the restaurant and placed the McDonalds’ employees in the freezer.  The suspects obtained an undetermined amount of money and fled the restaurant.

No one was hurt in the holdup at the 24-hour fast-food outlet near Interstate 494 and Hwy. 55, according to police.

According to an updated press release: 

"The three suspects are believed to be black males. Two of the suspects were wearing black hooded sweatshirts and the third suspect was wearing a red hooded sweatshirt. All three suspects appeared to have their faces covered and were wearing white gloves.

The suspects entered through an unsecured door, which is open to the public.  The suspects spent less than five minutes inside the restaurant and displayed one black semi-automatic handgun.

After a short amount of time, the employees who were locked in the freezer were able to free themselves.  No employees were injured during the incident.
