Plymouth Police Report Failed Tobacco Compliance Check, Intoxicated Driver

The latest Plymouth Police blotter shows a juvenile selling tobacco to another juvenile and a driver under the influence driving through a ditch.

From May 9-15 the Plymouth Police Department reported 46 incidents, which included the following:

• One failed tobacco compliance check; on May 14 officers conducted a tobacco compliance check and the suspect, a 17-year-old juvenile, was arrested for selling tobacco to a minor at a business on the 6000 block of Shenandoah Lane North.

• One instance of fraud

• Three instances in which controlled substances were found, one incident on May 9 reported that officers received multiple calls regarding a possible intoxicated driver. The suspect vehicle was located and stopped after driving through a ditch and veering off Highway 55 at Medicine Lake Blvd. The driver failed sobriety tests and formal complaint charges are pending test results.
