Plymouth Police Report Hole in Wall Burglary

The recent Plymouth Police report shows a number of commercial and residential burglaries.

From June 21-27 the Plymouth Police Department reported 63 incidents, which included the following:

• Two commercial burglaries: one of which officers responded to a business alarm June 25 and discovered a hole cut through the wall of the office at a business on the 9900 block of Shelard Parkway. There is no known loss at this time.

• One attempted burglary: on June 25 the manager reported that unknown suspects had attempted to enter the workshop area located in the underground garage on the 15200 block of 18th Avenue North, but no entry was made and nothing was taken or lost.

• Seven residential burglaries

• Two failed alcohol compliance checks

• Two instances of controlled substances found

• Two underage drinking violations

• Ten thefts, including a 15-year-old male who was caught shoplifting June 27 at a business on the 3500 block of Vicksburg Lane.

• Three DWIs

• Four cases of fraud, one of which a credit card was opened without permission and $2,616 was charged on the account.

• Two hit and runs
