Plymouth Police Report Thefts, Residential Burglaries

The latest Plymouth Police blotter shows a number of thefts from homes, vehicles and businesses.

From Nov. 8-14 the Plymouth Police Department reported 47 incidents, which included the following:

• Seventeen thefts, stolen items included: iPods, purse, football shoes, jacket, ear buds, diamond earrings, iPhone, baby formula, theft by swindle, fraudulent charges on credit and debit cards (one was left at a restaurant), 20 purses, money, golf flag and $2,650 worth of jewelry.

• One theft from a motor vehicle included smashing a window in the car to steal a pair of headphones.

• Two residential burglaries, one in which the person’s vehicle was used and returned while they were on vacation without knowing it was done and the other in which a laptop was stolen from a home.

• One tampering with a motor vehicle on Nov. 8 when the victim reported two males were at her door claiming to be missionaries on the 15800 block of Gleason Lake Drive. After they left, the victim noticed the door on her vehicle was ajar, but there was no loss from the vehicle.
