Police Respond To Calls At Plymouth Schools

Plymouth Police were called to Armstrong High School and Plymouth Middle School between Jan. 12 and 18.

According to the Plymouth Police Department’s latest incident report, officers were called to Armstrong on Jan. 12 to break up a fight between two boys.

The same day, police investigated a report of a student becoming angry and kicking a locker at the high school.

On Jan. 17, a student reported that a cell phone valued at $50 was stolen during gym class at Armstrong.

Someone stole a $300 iPod from a gym locker at Plymouth Middle School on Jan. 17, and on Jan. 13, police cited a 15-year-old boy for trespassing at the middle school.

Plymouth police responded to 52 incidents from Jan. 12-18, including:

  • A report of a suspect spitting in a victim’s face
  • Two reports of burglaries or attempted burglaries at businesses
  • Two drivers cited for possession of drug paraphernalia, and two others cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia
  • A report of a damaged window, valued at $742
  • A report of two men arguing in a parking lot
  • Five reports of domestic assault resulting in five arrests
  • Four reports of credit-card or bank fraud
  • Three reports of harassment via text message or telephone
  • Five hit-and-run reports, including one pedestrian being struck in the leg by a car
  • One man arrested for indecent exposure at a park-and-ride ramp
  • One arrest for underage drinking and a curfew violation
  • Two reports of vehicle theft
  • Two reports of violation of court orders
  • One report of terroristic threats
  • Nine reports of theft: one mail theft, one gasoline drive-off, two thefts from businesses, one theft from a construction site, three cell-phone thefts and one theft of a television from an apartment building party room
  • Four reports of thefts from cars
  • One report of trespassing at a Plymouth home
