Underage Drinking, Smoking, Curfew Violations in Plymouth

Latest police report shows juveniles getting caught drinking, smoking and past curfew in Plymouth.

From June 28 through July 4 the Plymouth Police Department reported 69 incidents, which included the following:

• Three juveniles arrested for curfew violation, two 16-year-olds and one 15-year-old

• One juvenile runaway that turned out to be a 16-year-old male out past curfew

• One juvenile cited for smoking underage on June 28, a 17-year-old female was arrested in the area of 40th Avenue North and Arrowood North after an officer observed her smoking a cigarette on the sidewalk.

• One underage drinking violation: on June 30 an officer responded to a report of a vehicle with a flat tire and a sick passenger at the intersection of 36th Avenue North and Highway 169. The suspect was cited for underage drinking and an 18-year-old Brooklyn Bark man was arrested.
