Community Update

According to the Minneapolis Area Association of Realtors, new listings in the Twin Cities region increased 5.5 percent to 6,492. Pending Sales were down 8.4 percent to 4,141. Inventory levels shrank 4.1 percent.  With the advent of better weather, while inventory is increasing, buyers are increasing at a greater rate.
