Buyers Are Eating Up Real Estate Inventory

The latest stats show buyers are purchasing housing inventory quicker than being replenished with new listings. February showed a 31.6% decrease in active listings compared to the same month last year. Weather may have been a factor but only time will tell if this trend continues.
