Median price of closed homes sales in Plymouth was up 22.3% over last January. The housing market is getting a little tighter with 35.9% less new listings coming on the market. It would appear the weather may have something to do with lack of inventory since many homeowners were reluctant to put their homes on the market in such brutal winter conditions.
