GET YOUR HANDS-ON GUIDE TO YOUR CHILD’S DEVELOPMENT
Experience and See How the Wonders Dr. Maria Montessori’s Method and Discoveries Can Help You and Your Children
Montessori education is internationally acclaimed, but it is often times misconstrued as only a ‘preschool’ program, when in fact the methods and program should be applied from the beginning - from birth. Research clearly shows the most important period in human beings educational and emotional development are not the years of college, but rather the first six years of life.

Children’s Workshop Montessori wants to help you take your first steps toward providing your child with the gift of hands-on learning and self-discovery with a program called, Me, Mommy & Montessori, where parents can engage with their young children (8 weeks to 16 months) and in the methods of Dr. Maria Montessori. The eight week program will begin Friday, March 9, 2012.
Heather Moran, Montessori trained and Certified Doula & Childbirth Educator will guide the parents and their accompanied child or children though the safe and beautifully prepared environment filled with activities and materials for each child. All together they will observe the children and explore the insight and discoveries of Montessori’s theory and how it relates to the design of a child’s space and surroundings. Overall, a variety of skills, concepts and tasks will be introduced that both parent and child will find fun and helpful.
