The Minnesota School of Business-Plymouth and the National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA) will be co-sponsoring a nationally recognized personal trainer certification workshop on Sept. 8 and 9 at the Plymouth campus.
The two-day workshop will cover:
- Demonstrations and practical applications in one-on-one settings
- Exercise science review
- Communication skills
- Exercise programming
- Health assessments
- And much more!
Workshop attendees will get to take the personal training certficate exam at the end of the workshop, that will be good for two years.
The workshop will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, and 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. To register, go to netafit.org, call 1-800-237-6242 or follow the ticket website link provided.
