Wayzata Players Receive All-Conference Honors

Six Wayzata football players are among the 27 athletes named to this year’s Lake Conference All-Conference list.

The following Wayzata players made the list:

• Matt Beck (Senior, offensive line)
• Tanner Bedard (Senior, running back)
• Branden Lingen (Senior, tight end)
• Logan Larson (Senior, linebacker)
• Nelson Moen (Senior, defensive back)
• Kyle Kalivoda (Senior, defensive back)

Wayzata also had five players receive honorable mention recognition.

The Trojans finished the regular season with a 5-2 record. They beat Hopkins in the first round of the Section 6AAAAAA tournament but lost to Totino-Grace in the next round.
