New Developments in Plymouth: 2012 Year in Review
A new Islamic Community Center and a new medical facility are just two of the developments that took place in Plymouth in 2012.
As we look back at 2012, Patch highlights a few of the new developments in Plymouth. The Waters Senior Living broke ground Sept. 26 on its newest senior living community located at Highway 55 and County Road 73/South Shore Drive in Plymouth. The facility is set to open this coming August. Plymouth’s WestHealth broke ground on a new emergency department. The facility will be an 18,000 square-foot building adjacent and attached to the 180,000 square-foot campus. The Center opened in July. It was purchased for $770,000 and sits in the remodeled post office building in downtown Plymouth. The site serves as an educational, spiritual, and community center.
