Two Davanni's Execs Get Promotions

Bob Stupka and John Barret add new titles to their resumes, according to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal.

Plymouth-based Davanni's announced two of its top executives received promotions last week.

According to the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal, the company's Chief Financial Officer, Bob Stupka, is adding the title of president, while John Barrett, formerly Davanni's director of operations, is now chief operating officer.

Stupka's promtion comes after taking on a number of high-level responsibilities during his 35-year careers, the article said. As for Barrett, who has been with Davanni's for more than 35 years, his contributions the success of the company's Coffee Bene and Oven Hearth Bakery subsidiaries helped him get the new gig.

Davanni's, known for its pizza and hot hoagies, has 21 locations including Richfield, Bloomington, Eden Prairie, St. Paul, Golden Valley and Minnetonka.
