Motorcycle, Dine and Dash, and More Thefts in Plymouth

The latest Plymouth Police blotter shows numerous thefts including vehicles of different types, electronics, gasoline and even a $4,000 watch.

From August 1-7 the Plymouth Police Department reported 48 incidents, which included the following:

• Ten thefts, items stolen included: iPhone, gasoline, a $4,000 watch, purses and a wallet as well as instances of shoplifting, dining at a restaurant and not paying and not paying for a taxi ride.

• Five thefts from a motor vehicle, items stolen included: checkbook, license plates, battery stolen from a boat, sunglasses and miscellaneous items valued at $200.

• Four motor vehicle thefts including an enclosed trailer worth $1,500, a car valued at $1,000, another vehicle and one vehicle parked behind a business and inoperable meaning it would have to have been removed by a trailer.

• Two commercial burglaries, one Aug. 2 in which the complainant reported a burglary from a room being used to hold remodeling equipment on the 2700 block of Annapolis Lane North. Tools and two televisions valued at $2,015 were stolen and the case is under investigation.

• Two residential burglaries, one Aug. 6 in which a motorcycle valued at $11,000 was stolen from the underground garage overnight on the 200 block of Nathan Lane North. There are no suspects.
