Plymouth Police Report: Car Covered in Shrink Wrap, Underage Drinking

The latest Plymouth Police blotter shows numerous criminal damages to property and underage drinking.

From July 18-24 the Plymouth Police Department reported 74 incidents, which included the following:

• Seven criminal damages to property including a champagne bottle causing a small piece of break to break off a home, substance dumped on three cars in a parking lot with a message written in it, a car covered in shrink wrap, front door lock drilled out on a vacant property, a suspect punched and broke a window, parking signs damaged on the sidewalk along a set of business units on Vicksburg Lane, and an egged and toilet-papered house.

• Two instances of underage drinking including a report on July 23 when an officer called to a hotel for a noise complain located two 18-year-olds and one 19-year-old were located. Two parties were cited one for minor consumption the other for false information to police officers. The third party was booked for providing another person’s name to officers on the 2600 block of Annapolis Lane. Those involved were from Hopkins and Columbia Heights.

Another incident reported on July 18 involved an officer locating a vehicle parked in a lot of a closed business on the 1400 block of County Road 101. Upon talking to the occupants one ran and was later caught. Two 16-year-old males were cited, one for curfew and the other for fleeing on foot, minor consumption and curfew.
