Suspect Found Sleeping in Pool Area of Apartment in Plymouth

Plymouth Police blotters show obstruction of the legal process, false information given to police and more.

From Sept. 5-18 the Plymouth Police Department reported 118 incidents, which included the following:

• One instance in which false information was given to police, which was reported Sept. 10 when officers were called to the location of an unknown suspect sleeping in a pool area of an apartment complex on the 1300 block of Olive Lane North. The incident resulted in the suspect, a 20-year-old Maple Grove man, being arrested for a warrant and giving false information to an officer.

• Four order violations

• Six instances of fraud

• One obstruction of legal process violation reported Sept. 7 in which officers were called to a welfare check. They located the suspect, a 21-year-old Plymouth man, who was physically resistive and uncooperative on the 9700 block of 45th Avenue North. He was arrested for obstructing legal process.
